I love sapphires. They are probably my favorite gemstone. While they are the birthstone of September, I think they should be everyone’s birthstone and worn year round. You can read more about them in our new sapphire article in our jewelry education section.

Emerald Pendant
We’ve just finished a short article that explains all about the beautiful green emerald. From it’s history dating back to 300 BC in Egypt through to current day treatments and things to look for in an emerald.

Jewelry by Morgan’s reputation comes from our staff’s knowledge not only about diamonds and fine jewelry but of how to help present them!
Our most recent customer referral comes to us from a member of Kansas City’s finest, the Police Department. After choosing the diamond ring to present to his girlfriend of five years, Tim mentioned needing an idea in presenting the ring to his soon-to-be fiancee. We talked about several scenarios, and came across the perfect idea…
We set up a window display with words from Tim’s heart, and the ring to be presented. Tim brought her to our shopping center under the guise of visiting another store. They ’strolled’ by and like most women, she just HAD to peer in the window.
Her face turned from browsing to questioning, and she looked back at Tim, with his eyes hoping for the word “yes”. Be there as we invite them into the store and as Tim presents the ring to Tanya!!!
Needless to say, the answer was “YES!”, and as they say, the rest is history.
